Pinterest Pick: Balsamic Glazed Steak Rolls

I t all started when Nate, in a post-Christmas haze, declared he was going carb-free.   As a work-from home couple, we’ve discovered we enjoy cooking together.  The key to working and living in the same space is lots of grace and lots of company.   Great meals then become a must especially when bread won’t be making an appearance.

This Pinterest find, artfully captured by Noreen at Picture the Recipe is a remake of Pan Seared Steak Roll’s found in Martin Chan’s China via Steamy Kitchen.  I love to see how Noreen remade this with what she had on hand.  I believe cooking becomes art when you make it your own. Our family loved this one so much I bought Chan’s cookbook.

Stay tuned for Asian inspired recipes.
